Flourless Banana Blueberry Crumble

Happy Weekend Everyone ! Here’s a great idea for breakfast that is without wheat, refined sugar, gluten, dairy and vegan. You need around 8 main ingredients and 30 minutes to have it ready.

Ingredients (for approx 6 servings)
For The Filling ;
– 2 Cups Blueberries
– 2 Bananas , sliced
– 1 tbsp coconut sugar
– 1/2 lemon , juiced

For the Crumble
– 1 Cup almond flour
– 1/2 Cup Rolled oats (Gluten free or normal)
– 1 tbsp Coconut oil
– 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (you can use Honey for non vegan)
– 1 tsp cinnamon

How to Prepare

There are mainly 3 steps ,

1 ) Preheat the oven to 180 degree C and mix together the filling ingredients and set aside

2) In a bowl, mix coconut oil with maple syrup, then add almond flour and oats , mix using your fingertips to make to a crumb-like texture

3) Pour first the fruits in a baking dish then add on top the oats mixture (the crumble) , distribute evenly all over the fruits . Bake for approximately 30 minutes until topping color is golden.

You can serve it alone , with coconut whipped cream , ice cream or coconut yogurt
